Time: 10am – 3pm (Vendors are expected to be set up by 9am and stay for the duration of the event)

If you are a vendor that caters to events and parties, we want you!
Sign up for a booth to show-off your services directly to event planners. This saves you from cold pitching yourself one at a time, email by email or phone call by phone call. Instead, set up your table and let the event planners come to you!
For an even better bang for your buck, you have the opportunity to showcase your skills by reserving a special 25 minute Spotlight Session!
*Spotlight Sessions
Don’t just talk about what you can do, show them! This will be your chance to really prove why the attendees (planners) should hire you for their next event, whether it be a caterer tasting, photography shoot, or a workshop on how to create the perfect bouquet. It is the ultimate way to promote your business to a room full of planners.
We highly recommend offering discounts or promotional packages to attendees of your session as well. What better way to entice more bookings!
*Please note that Spotlight Sessions do not have an additional charge, but any materials or equipment needed must be fully covered by the vendor.
Vendor Price: Only $75!
*Vendors must sign up by December 6, 2024. Cancellation and refunds may be issued no later than January 1, 2025.
